Personality: Like his sensei, Hayama Shirakumo, Kisuke is a very strategic, clever, calm and collected individual able to carefully assess situations and formulate strategies around that making him a good leader. He also has a great sense of duty to Konoha and to his subordinates that he'd rather protect than ever think of sacrificing. He is very respectful towards the elderly and those with great power or skills. Kisuke is always on the lookout for skilled, gifted ninja and wishes to test his skills amongst the strongest. He is not averse to praising other people. He is always working hard to better himself by advancing his tai/gen/ninjutsu and staying healthy.

Hobbies:

He is typically seen reading books when not involved in a fight and/or mission. He enjoys training with friends, but receives better results when training alone against his Shadow Clones. Training, reading, helping others, swimming, flying with his Peregrine Falcon Summon, adventures, peaceful walks, listening to music, soaking in hot-springs, missions, strategic games and cooking/eating are notable hobbies that he enjoys doing. Although he can't perform Medical Ninjutsu, he enjoys helping in any possible manner at the Konoha Leaf hospital. Kisuke is proficient with First Aid treatment and he knows a great deal of the human body and it's functions. Due to his active reading he is very intelligent and knows a great deal of information on a wide scale. He really enjoys making new friends.

Invasion of Pain Arc:

During Pain's invasion, Kisuke worked in a three man team with two other captains in order to battle Pain's giant multi-headed dog summon. His battle is expanded on in the anime as they use their "Formation B" in order to halt the beast's advance and allow Shizune's group time to escape.

He made use of wind release techniques to sever the giant multi-headed dog's legs to allow the others to trap it.

Appearance:

ANBU attire: He is dressed in a white coat and black trousers with bandages tied around his right leg and black sandals. His mask is associated with his summoning animal, a Peregrine Falcon, which depicts a bird-like motif with four yellow lines on either side running in toward the center of the face.

Normal/Casual attire: Underneath Kisuke's ANBU uniform, he wears a white high-collared short-sleeved shirt with a zipper usually down to mid-chest. The Uchiha crest is on the back of his outfit. He wears black sandals and black pants with a grey cloth hanging from his waist to his thighs. He has bandages on his forearm that run from his elbow all the way down to his wrist. He carries a katana on his waist with a strap that hides underneath his grey cloth, which hold's it in place. He also wears ankle weights for his Taijutsu training.

Story behind the gold bangle bracelets: He was designated as Captain of his ANBU squad for his first S-Rank mission. His objective consisted of intel and intelligence gathering in Kumogakure (Land of Lightning). Kisuke and his team successfully infiltrated and captured a top Kumogakure general without anyone noticing their presence. He used his Sharingan's eye of insight and hypnotism to gather information. After the success of seeking vital information, Kisuke once again used his Sharingan on the general to remove all information regarding his team and presence of ever being in Kumogakure. Upon leaving the village, Kisuke sensed the presence of two very powerful shinobi's. He was able to hide his presence before being noticed. From afar, Kisuke kept calm and completely analyzed the two shinobi realizing that it was non-other than the Raikage himself and his brother Killer B (Hachibi). The Fourth Raikage appeared irritated and annoyed by his brothers rapping. As they stretched closer, Kisuke was concerned about being spotted so he quickly fled unnoticed when he had a chance. After returning to the Leaf and reporting their successful mission to the Hokage, Kisuke decided to make a pair of gold bangle bracelets. Apparently, he took a liking to the gold bangle bracelets worn by the Raikage and he thought it would enhance his strength, stamina, and Taijutsu. So, on top of his bandages he wears gold bangle bracelets on each wrist which have protrusions that can jut out when he attacks. Unlike the Raikage, Kisuke's bracelets cover 3/4's of his forearm and his are not as bulky. He also took a liking of the gloves worn by most Kumogakure ninja.
